The staff was warm and welcoming, providing assistance with our luggage. The rooms were surprisingly artistic, adding to the uniqueness of the hotel. Complimentary water, tea, and coffee were provided in the room, and we received a free Basel card upon check-in, which gave us discounts on attractions and free public transport. The location was fantastic, allowing us to walk everywhere and easily hop on and off trams. The restaurant, Atelier, offered a fantastic meal, although the wine was a bit pricey.

They were pretty good too accommodate our needs and make us feel welcome. The hotel's location was also very convenient, with easy access to the main part of town. We were able to explore the city easily and visit all the key attractions. the room we stayed in was clean and well kept, providing a comfortable space for us to relax after a long day of sightseeing.

Although there was a fan provided, it was not sufficient during the hot days of our visit.
