The staff was warm and welcoming, providing assistance with our luggage. The rooms were surprisingly artistic, adding to the uniqueness of the hotel. Complimentary water, tea, and coffee were provided in the room, and we received a free Basel card upon check-in, which gave us discounts on attractions and free public transport. The location was fantastic, allowing us to walk everywhere and easily hop on and off trams. The restaurant, Atelier, offered a fantastic meal, although the wine was a bit pricey.

They were pretty good too accommodate our needs and make us feel welcome. The hotel's location was also very convenient, with easy access to the main part of town. We were able to explore the city easily and visit all the key attractions. the room we stayed in was clean and well kept, providing a comfortable space for us to relax after a long day of sightseeing.
Although there was a fan provided, it was not sufficient during the hot days of our visit.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at this charming hotel in Basel's Old Town. The location is perfect, with the tram stopping right in front of the hotel and the old town just a few steps away. The staff was friendly and cute, even leaving a personalized welcome letter in my room. The room itself was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I needed for a pleasant stay. The breakfast in the morning was good, with a great selection of croissants, teas, and delicious coffee. I also had the opportunity to enjoy dinner in one of the hotel's restaurants, and the food was great. I had a wonderful experience at this hotel and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Basel.

This hotel exceeded our expectations in so many ways. the value for money is outstanding - we couldn't believe how affordable our stay was. Secondly, the attention to detail in the rooms was impressive, with beautiful furnishings and a lovely view of the old town. Lastly, the staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable, providing excellent service and making us feel welcome.

Great atmosphere, clean room in an annex, helpful and genuinely happy staff. Beautiful, quiet location near shopping, tram, and city center. Shop, theatre, restaurant, and cafe on-site. Well-isolated, spacious, and artistically decorated rooms. Lovely facilities and attentive, friendly restaurant staff. Nice vibe with changing exhibitions and art showcase. Excellent breakfast with homemade jams.

I had an excellent stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old town and very close to trams. The hotel facilities were great, with spacious and silent rooms. The breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying. The staff were friendly and helpful, speaking multiple languages and providing useful information about the city. the hotel offered convenient parking options.
